How It Works:
Sign up in the office with a one-year commitment. Payments are processed automatically on or around the 15th of each month. If you choose to continue after year one, your signup fee is waived. To cancel, simply give us 30 days’ notice before the end of your plan year.
Unlike dental insurance, there are no annual maximums, no claim forms, and no waiting periods for covered services. If you need a filling, crown, or other restorative treatment after you enroll, your 20% discount applies immediately.
