Fountain City Smiles Membership Plan
At Fountain City Smiles, we offer our patients the option to sign up for our exclusive dental membership plan. Our membership plan includes:
- Two dental cleanings per year
- All necessary X-rays, four exams
- Two fluoride treatments covered
- Oral cancer screening
- Oral hygiene instructions
- 20 percent off your treatment plan
With a commitment of one year, signing up for our plan is easy and affordable, requiring just $100 due at signup plus the first month of your membership.
After that, membership payments are processed on or around the 15th of each month, making it easy to budget for dental care. Our membership plan is designed to help our patients access the care they need at a price they can afford. By taking advantage of our membership plan, you can ensure that you and your family receive the best possible dental care without breaking the bank.
