At Fountain City Smiles, we don’t want dealing with insurance to add stress for our patients. That’s why we work with various insurance providers and help file on their behalf to help our patients maximize their benefits. Please note that at this time we are not able to file with any Medicare, Medicaid (including TennCare), Federal, Ambetter/Ameritas, or self funded plans.
MetLife Plan Info
Important update about your MetLife coverage: For MetLife PDP Plus, we’re temporarily out-of-network during a contract transition — we’ll be back in-network soon. For MetLife PDP, we’re going out-of-network effective 9/16/26. Either way you do NOT need a new dentist. MetLife has strong out-of-network benefits, we’ll still file all claims for you, and many patients see little to no change in what they pay. Unsure which plan you have? We gladly accept a wide range of insurance including:
