Fountain City Smiles Membership Plan
At Fountain City Smiles, we offer our patients the option to sign up for our exclusive dental membership plan. Our membership plan is designed to help our patients access the care they need at a price they can afford. By taking advantage of our membership plan, you can ensure that you and your family receive the best possible dental care without breaking the bank
Our membership includes:
- Two cleanings/year ($202 value)
- All necessary x-rays ($161+ value)
- X-ray taken with pan or 3D machine ($125 value)
- Two fluoride treatments/year ($66 value)
- Four exams/year ($295 value)
- Two Oral Cancer screenings/year ($60 value)
- Two hygiene instructions/year ($60 value)
- 20% off all restorative treatments
- Save at least $970 a year!
Signing up for our plan is easy and affordable, requiring just $160 due at signup. After that, membership payments are $40/month and processed on or around the 15th, making it easy to budget for dental care.
A commitment of one year is required at signup, but if you choose to continue your plan, the signup fee is waived. If you wish to cancel at the end of the year, please provide at least 30 day notice.

We understand that dental treatments can be expensive and not everyone has access to dental insurance. That’s why we offer third-party financing options through CareCredit and Sunbit for those without insurance. These financing options provide flexible payment plans and low-interest rates to help make your dental treatments more affordable.

Sunbit is designed to help patients without insurance pay for their dental treatments. Sunbit offers instant approvals and flexible payment plans, making it a convenient and accessible financing option. With Sunbit, you can get the care you need now and pay for it over time.

Using third-party financing companies like CareCredit or Sunbit will involve a credit check, which can temporarily lower your credit score. However, as long as you make your payments on time and in full, financing dental treatments through these companies can help improve your credit score.
